Business Challenge

FCU recognized the need for an upgrade from NAV 2016 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SC). The decision was driven not only by the end of support for NAV 2016 but also by the system’s lack of user-friendliness and challenges with interoperability among Office, Excel, and other applications.

Solution

In close collaboration with FCU’s Finance & Accounting Team, OnActuate has devised a comprehensive plan for the transition from NAV 2016 to D365 F&SC. This plan encompasses addressing all business requirements, migrating essential master data, and thoroughly testing 3rd-party systems. With the migration moving all legal entities to a modern cloud-based version of Dynamics 365, it will provide FCU with enhanced capabilities and efficiency.
