CNHi’s Thailand unit has operations across the country with a wide network of dealerships. Capturing sales information which could help them come closer to their dealers/customers were amongst the key challenges for their Thailand geography. Data that could help CNHi’s management make the right decisions at the right time and help dealers perform better in terms of sales and service was required.
We proposed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement as a solution, covering all key areas of operations within the CNHi Thailand entity. The solution will help CNHi capture leads to opportunity, order management and quote creation, providing a 360-degree view of the account and contacts in addition to helping them automate activities, such as email, task, phone calls, and appointments.
