Business Challenge
TDW has been using Microsoft Dynamics AX globally for a long time, largely supported by their in-house team of experts both functionally and technically. However, TDW felt a delta in technical expertise and needed a partner to help them fill that gap, while providing support for regular technical requests including change requests, bug fixes and other issues handled in a timely manner.
Solution
OnActuate signed a contract with their Singapore Hub to provide Microsoft Dynamics AX (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Technical Consultants on time and material basis. We receive Functional Requirement Document from TDW team based on which our consultants work on drafting a Technical Design Document (TDD). Once the TDD is approved by our client, our consultants develop the required solution. We are currently engaging with our client through offshore delivery model. However, as a next step forward, TDW is planning to migrate from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
