NASSCOM was looking for a partner with a credible history of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, as they wanted a new CRM to better serve their customers.
A well-drafted SOW, wherein scope, time lines, estimations and assumptions were clearly laid out, thereby leaving nothing to guesswork and/or ambiguities. The project had a successful go-live in December 2022, delivering a seamless CRM experience that can be integrated with NASSCOM’s website for lead generation, as well as integration with third-party applications used for mailing, event management ad invoicing.
