Dynamics AX

About the Company

March of Dimes Canada (MODC) is a leading national charity committed to championing equity, empowering ability, and creating real change that will help the more than six million people living with disabilities across the country unlock the richness of their lives.

The OnActuate team has been very professional and helped us successfully migrate our CRM on-premises to the cloud. They also helped us adopt new features in CRM on the cloud including integrations with other available Microsoft products, such as Microsoft Teams. We would highly recommend OnActuate’s services.

Business Challenge

The MODC required a comprehensive, cloud-based, fully integrated, single entity system along with supporting services, to streamline their business processes, standardize data collection and reporting, and support decision-making that leads to improvements in their operational effectiveness. The goal is to reduce the dependency on paper and focus on delivery and use with real-time data.

OnActuate proposed implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply to replace MODC’s former Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009. The implementation includes the Analysis, Design & Development, Testing, and Deployment as well as management of the project. The move to the cloud-based Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply will result in real-time data that will enhance and speed business processes and reduce the need for paper. The number of manual review and approval processes in MODC’s current workflow will drastically reduce as well, which will improve overall operational effectiveness.
