Business Challenge
GIL had to manage their meetings manually using Excel sheets, punching their meetings later in the day. The management couldn’t even track the actual travel being done by the agents and their expenses.
Solution
Field Force Manager, a mobile app developed by OnActuate captures Geo locations of sales agents. The agent can select either planned or unplanned meetings, travel to every meeting point on the planned route, click the “Save and Submit” button to mark their location for the customer and key in notes for the agenda. For unplanned routes, reasons and descriptions can be added with coordinates, time, and date. The route will be sorted based on the current location.
