Exponent had a number of disparate, disconnected systems to managed their financial services – wealth management business. One tool they were using for CRM with a campaign to attract new clients was no longer being fully supported and there were on-going maintenance issues.
After meeting OnActuate at the Collaborate Conference in Ottawa, proposed Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Client Engagement Sales as the solution to their needs. OnActuate presented the solution with specific processes directed and tailored to their needs as a small financial services – wealth management firm. The new Dynamics 365 system went live in January 2020, right before the COVID lockdowns. Exponent was able to shift to operating remotely and continue supporting their clients without missing a beat. In the new system, everything is in one place, so its quicker to complete a task. The company uses it as a CRM system to house client data, review or assign daily tasks, and for vital communication with advisors regarding client needs. This process is more efficient and reduces the number of emails. Now as the company grows, their technology system can efficiently grow with them.
