Business Challenge
dzcard was operating on a legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV system that could no longer support evolving regulatory requirements or provide access to newer functionality needed by the business. In addition, the organization needed to better align its ERP environment with the platform used by its global headquarters to enable consistency, standardize processes, and support long-term operational scalability across regions.
Solution
dzcard partnered with OnActuate to upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to cloud-hosted Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This initial implementation established a modern ERP foundation aligned with headquarters standards and enabled future scalability.
The engagement has since expanded into a broader global rollout initiative, with OnActuate supporting the deployment of Business Central across multiple international locations as dzcard replaces its on-premises ERP environment with a standardized cloud platform.
The most recent Business Central implementation in India is part of this global initiative and builds on earlier phases completed by OnActuate in Thailand, the Philippines, Bangkok, and Africa.
