BELLEVUE, Washington: Global tech consulting firm OnActuate, in a partnership with one of the world’s largest IT solutions providers, Software House International (SHI), has announced a Texas Deliverables-based IT Services (DBITS) contract for project-based IT solutions and services.

Through the DBITS contract, OnActuate and SHI can assist DIR in meeting its goals and mission and provide the Texas government organizations across the state with modern technology and enhance their public services.
