Ever since Coca-Cola re-entered India in 1993, Diamond Beverages (P) Limited (DBPL) has been one of the leading beverage companies in the country. DBPL runs a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, where more than 60 products are produced, across 6 production lines. The processes incorporate the latest technologies to ensure maximum productivity, whilst always maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
OnActuate’s bottling solution is what we needed for our business operations. It standardizes and automates many processes and will reduce manual input, saving us a lot of time and resources.

Diamond Beverages faced fragmented supply chain and operations processes that limited visibility and created inefficiencies across planning, inventory, and distribution.
Solution
OnActuate implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and our Bev365 solution (which includes industry-specific modifications to enhance bottling operations) to unify core operations on a single platform with real-time data visibility and improved process integration.

Invoice processing time has been reduced to under 7 seconds for 150-line items, saving time and resources.
