Contracts
Organizations working with OnActuate benefit from the contracts below that simplify the procurement process, ensure compliance, and save costs.
California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS)
California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) agreements are established with contractors registered in the State of California to sell information technology and non-information technology products and services to California state and local government agencies. CMAS operates as a streamlined procurement option, offering competitively assessed and pre-negotiated products and services.
OnActuate advantage:
OnActuate’s CMAS contract offers governments in California cost savings, flexibility, transparency, and controllable procurement. A CMAS is not established through a competitive bid process but rather recognizes all pricing, products and/or services which have been previously bid and awarded on a Federal General Services Administration (GSA) multiple award schedule. The State of California then applies their own terms and conditions to the agreement to ensure compliance between the contractor and OnActuate.
General Services Administration (GSA)
GSA’s acquisition solutions offer private sector professional services, equipment, supplies, and IT to government organizations and the military. GSA also promotes management best practices and efficient government operations through the development of governmentwide policies.
OnActuate advantage:
Every GSA contract holder has access to online GSA systems, including GSA Advantage. Government agencies can now purchase OnActuate’s services through the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). This Schedule program is flexible and supports compliance for federal buyers who benefit from simplified ordering procedures and paperwork, reduced prices, and efficiently connecting with sellers. This contract was awarded based on strong references from previous projects and further establishes OnActuate as a trusted resource for government buyers.
National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO)
OnActuate has a NASPO contract through our partners SHI, Insight, and Carahsoft. NASPO is a non-profit association dedicated to strengthening the procurement community through education, research, and communication. It is made up of the directors of the central purchasing offices of the 50 states, District of Columbia and territories of the United States.
OnActuate advantage:
By working with a cooperative purchasing organization, states are able to leverage their spending through a single solicitation with the best value and superior contract terms. NASPO ValuePoint and contractors focus on price, quality, reliability, warranties, and service while protecting states’ interests with favorable terms and conditions.
States benefit from the lower administrative costs of processing solicitations by leveraging the expertise of staffs across state boundaries.

Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR)
OnActuate has a Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) contract through a partnership with SHI for the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). DBITS delivers technology solutions to state and local government entities. The mission of DIR is to serve Texas government by leading the state’s technology strategy, protecting state technology infrastructure, and offering innovative and cost-effective solutions for all levels of government.
OnActuate advantage:
DBITS contracts provide project-based IT solutions and services, and the success of the solicitation is based on the deliverable outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) issued under the DBITS contract. DBITS contracts are ideal for developing a new IT application, upgrading a legacy system, or for general IT procurement assistance, including Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) services.
