UniCarriers was in the process of implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM, including the Core Finance and Manufacturing and Distribution modules. Fourteen months into the implementation cycle, UniCarriers realized that it was unable to meet key deadlines for the rollout implementation project due to challenges with key interfaces, data migration, project management, development and AX subject matter expertise.
UniCarriers recognized the need for a Microsoft Dynamics service provider that could assist them with the implementation and service delivery improvement.
Solution

During the implementation process, we streamlined and made significant improvements in UniCarriers’ client business processes, project management, solution architecture, advisory consulting, data migration, and development in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
