They were using Microsoft CRM for Sales, Oracle Fin Financials and a customized solution to take care of their resource allocation, project management and expense management. They were not getting a consildated view of their Project Status, Sales Pipeline and Billings for their customers in an integrated manner as all data was residing in separate silos. Simple tasks such as creating balance sheets was tedious.
Solution
Implemented NAV 2016 IN version integrating all of their requirments like Finance, Purchase, Jobs (Project), timesheet and sales process to get balancesheets on realtime basis. OnActuate eventually helped them migrate from their on-premise server to the Cloud.
