About the Company
Ever since Coca-Cola re-entered India in 1993, Diamond Beverages (P) Limited (DBPL) has been one of the leading beverage companies in the country. DBPL runs a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, where more than 60 products are produced, across 6 production lines. The processes incorporate the latest technologies to ensure maximum productivity, whilst always maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
OnActuate’s bottling solution is what we needed for our business operations. It standardizes and automates many processes and will reduce manual input, saving us a lot of time and resources.

Business Challenge
DBPL has been running legacy applications to run the business across all functions, eventually finding that it had become impossible to run properly and grow with the current technology.
Solution
OnActuate implemented D365 F&O and our Bottling Solution for DBPL, which includes industry-specific modifications to enhance the bottler’s operations.

The new system overall will manage DBPL’s 70,000 customers and 30,000 items. Now, DBPL can expedite their workflow and streamline processes that were previously cumbersome, such as now being able to create 150 invoice line items in less than 7 seconds saving them time and resources. Additionally, D365 F&O will facilitate tracking and resolving ambiguities within the system, leading to increased sales.
