99acres.com didn’t have any CRM to track their leads and were maintaining the same in Excel and in NAV, which resulted to delay in responses, affecting their business. Their old system lacked automation. They wanted to implement a cloud-based solution that can manage their member profile and flows, and integrate with their ERP system and website to automate their business processes and get valuable insights.
